Andrei Jeltyi

Senior Associate Researcher

Andrei Jeltyi started as a dental technician before moving into scientific research. He joined Dr. Lakshmi Devi's lab at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where he used biochemical assays and mouse behavioral studies to research GPCR-signaling in drug addiction. After a brief time at a biotech startup, he returned to Mount Sinai with the Elahi Lab to work on EV-based liquid biopsy approaches for studies of vascular contributions to brain degeneration. Outside the lab, he enjoys downhill skiing.
